How does the Shopping Cart work?

The Shopping Cart holds everything you wish to order -- and you can order as many items as you like. To view the items you have added to your cart simply click on "View Cart" button.

How does your layaway plan work?

Our layaway plan allows you to pay for your purchase in four equal payments: 25% when you place your order and 25% each month for the next three months. The items are shipped when paid in full. Please note:
1.Layaway payments are not refundable and non-transferrable to other orders.
2. Each layaway order must be a minimum of $100.00 in total payments ($25.00 or more each payment).
3. Credit card payments are automatically deducted the same day each month.
4. If you choose to make payments by check or money order, it is your responsibility to get the payments to us in a timely manner. We do not send statements or reminders.

5. Collectibles Online reserves the right to cancel any layaway order when no payment is received, or credit card payment is not approved, for any 60 day period.

How do I make changes to my Shopping Cart?

To change the quantity of an item in your Shopping Cart, click on "View Cart" button in the Directory, located under the "Home Page" button. You will see all the items in your cart. The quantity box now shows "1". To change it, place your cursor in the quantity box and type the desired number; click "Update". This will automatically update your Shopping Cart to reflect the changes you made.

Must I buy every item I put in my Shopping Cart?

No. Placing items in your Shopping Cart does not obligate you to buy them. To remove one or more items from your Shopping Cart, click on "View Cart" button in the Directory, located under the "Home Page" button. Place your cursor in the quantity box and set it to "0"; click "Update". This will automatically remove the item from your Shopping Cart.

How do I complete my order?

When you are finished shopping, click on "View Cart" button. You will see the items you have selected. Click "Place Secure Order". Here you will choose a shipping method and enter your personal information. Next, click "Continue Checkout". Here, you will have the opportunity to review and print your order, if you wish. Next, click "Submit Order". It's that easy!

What is your return policy?

Collectibles Online is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. We are not responsible for any claims made after 10 business days or more after receipt of goods. All packages should be opened immediately and inspected for any damage or your claims will be denied. If damaged, you must save the original cartons and packing for UPS or USPS inspection. All returns must be authorized by Collectibles Online. Please call for a Return Authorization Number before returning goods. Collectibles Online reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that has not been authorized. There is a 15% restocking charge and less shipping fee for authorized returns in saleable condition To return, please use the label on the right.
